Register interestWhen to go
Korea is at its most beautiful in spring and autumn, which is when most of our travellers go.
Spring: April and May
Cherry blossoms in early April, then mild, green days that are ideal for palace gardens, temple walks and the coast.
Autumn: October and November
Crisp, clear weather and red and gold mountains, the favourite season for forest trails and temple stays.
Questions about Korea
Do U.S. citizens need a visa for South Korea?
U.S. citizens can visit visa-free for tourist stays of up to 90 days. Korea's K-ETA exemption for U.S. travellers runs to December 31, 2026, so for 2027 trips plan to apply online for a K-ETA before you fly unless it is extended. We confirm the current rule when you book.
What is the best time to visit Korea?
April and May for spring blossoms and mild weather, and October and November for autumn colour. Summer is hot and humid with a rainy season; winter is cold but clear.
Can you arrange K-beauty and spa experiences?
Yes. We can add skincare consultations, spa days at flagship hotels, hanbang treatments and a traditional jjimjilbang visit to any journey.
Can any of these journeys be private?
Yes. Every itinerary can be run privately for two or more travellers, with your own guide and driver, upgraded hotels and extra nights.
Are international flights included?
No, prices are land only. We are happy to price flights from your home city and add hotel nights before or after the tour.
